چکیده
Nitrogen (N) input from fertilizers modifies the properties of agricultural soils as well bacterial community diversity, composition and relationships. This can lead to negative impacts such deterioration system multifunctionality, whose maintenance is critical normal nutrient cycling. Synthetic nitrification inhibitors (NIs) be combined with improve efficiency N use by reducing losses. However, analysis their effects on non-target bacteria are scarce. study aimed analyze effect applying NIs DMPP DMPSA whole community. Through 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing we determined differences between samples in terms microbial co-occurrence networks. The application exerted little impact abundance dominant phyla. Nevertheless, several significant shifts were detected networks, particular taxa, where soil water content played a key role. For instance, intensified fertilization diversity under high water-filled pore spaces (WFPS) (>64%), whereas alpha-diversity was not affected at low WFPS (<55%). Interestingly, despite known inhibit ammonia monooxygenase (AMO) enzyme, both almost exclusively inhibited Nitrosomonas genera among AMO holding nitrifiers. Thus, showed reductions up 47% (DMPP) 66% (DMPSA). Nonetheless, abundances also shifted NI application. Notably, partially alleviated multifunctionality. A remarkable increase populations related Armatimonadetes (up +21%), Cyanobacteria +30%) Fibrobacteres +25%) observed when applied. substantially influenced associations decreasing complexity total edges node connectivity, increasing path distances.

Impact of seeding with nitrifying bacteria on nitrification process efficiency.
Seeding of nitrifying bacteria into the activated sludge process was studied both theoretically and experimentally. A simple model was developed for prediction of the effects of seeding of nitrifying bacteria from a separate stage into the activated sludge process. The purpose of seeding is to improve the treatment results and the process stability as well as to decrease the volume requirements...

Activity of nitrification inhibitors to several typical ammonia-oxidizing bacteria isolated recently, i. e. Nitrosococcus, Nitrosolobus, Nitrosomonas, Nitrosospira and Nitrosovibrio species was assayed using 2-amino-4-methyl-trichloromethyl-1,3,5-triazine (MAST), 2-amino-4-tribromomethyl-6-trichloromethyl-1,3,5-triazine (Br-MAST), 2-chloro-6-trichloromethylpyridine (nitrapyrin) and others, and ...
متن کاملUrethanes and Soil Nitrification
Urethanes have marked physiological activity in plants and animals. Lefevre (1939) found that phenyl urethane affects wheat germination, and subsequently Templeman and Sexton (1946) showed that a variety of urethanes suppress the germination of wheat and oats without affecting charlock. The most active urethanes (for example, isopropylphenylcarbamate;ethylphenylcarbamate) are effective at a con...
متن کاملAntagonisitic Potential of Soil Bacteria Against Food Borne Fungi
Bacteria are able to synthesis a wide range of metabolites with fungicidal capabilities. The antagonistic potential of soil bacterial strains (E. coli, Baccillus fortis, B. faragiris, Pseudomonas flourescence and P. malophilia) was assessed by the dual culture technique against some food pathogenic fungi, i.e. Aspergillus flavus, A. niger, Penicillium italicum and P. simplicissmum. The result i...
